Magnesium is the 4th most abundant mineral in the body.  It plays a role in over 300 reactions and every organ needs this mineral, especially kidneys, muscles, and heart, as well as red blood cells. It also contributes to the makeup of teeth and bones.  Magnesium activates enzymes contributing to energy production and helps regulate levels of calcium, copper, zinc, vitamin D, and other nutrients. Magnesium helps to stabilize heartbeat and cardiac arrhythmia.

After experiencing shoulder pain for 3 years, I was convinced that I would have to take pain pills every day for the rest of my life. In that I am only 32 years old, I was not thrilled at having to give in to this daily ritual so I thought I would give this magnesium balm a try. I really had nothing to lose. Well, after the first 2 days of rubbing this into my shoulder at night, the pain had gone almost completely away. I was so excited to wake up without having to worry about moving my arm for fear of the pain. Now, I make sure that my bath closet is not without this magical pain reliever! – Denise

So for the first time since you gave me the magnesium lotion, I forgot to use it last night. I woke up this morning and when I got out of bed I felt like my legs were so crampy and achy. I just read an article about magnesium deficiencies and am amazed at what all magnesium does for the body. I hope to never forget to use it again!

I have been PAIN FREE for the last 7+ months, and it’s Adrienne Primrose’s fault!! <3 <3

That is around the time I began using the Magnesium Lotion she makes….
I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for 13+ years. After my son Nicholas was born, it began. It came and went over the years, switching feet as well. Then, after my daughter Natalie was born, it became almost unbearable. I began to see healthcare professionals at this point. I started with my family doctor, who confirmed it was plantar fasciitis and gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory. That didn't help. I saw a chiropractor who gave me some relief and suggested I see a Physical Therapist. I began to see a PT, got a boot to sleep with, (that sucked), special inserts for my shoes, and more anti-inflammatory meds, and saw some relief but nothing really permanent.
It continued to come and go, but as a busy mom with a 50+ hour a week job, a new baby, and a 4 1/2 year old, I had ZERO time to be bothered with it and carried on. Some days it was all I could do to put my feet on the floor in the morning, knowing how ungodly the pain was going to be first thing.
Fast forward about 7 years later, I was still in ridiculous pain and began to see an acupuncturist. We had moved from Seattle to PA, and the cold winters really began to take their toll on my feet. The left foot started to become so painful, I would just stop and cry some days. The needles actually started to help and then it got cold. It stopped helping again and back to thinking that maybe if I ignored it, it would go away. It didn't.
Up until this point, I had tried drugs, massage, chiropractors, PT, boots, inserts, frozen water bottles, tennis balls, acupuncture, and even ignoring it….. This is when I finally decided to make the choice to have Cortisone shots in the bottoms of my feet. I had been dreading this since that first day when my family doctor suggested it back in 2001. I did NOT want steroids, but I could hardly walk and I was getting really bitchy with my family. This spring/summer I did it. It was HORRIBLE and hurt like nothing I've ever felt before. Then, the next morning I awoke with NO PAIN… none. I cried. It had been forever since that had been a reality for me.
Three days later it was back. BACK…. to say I was devastated would be an understatement. I was now out of options and resigned myself to the fact that I would NEVER be pain free again. I had three days and that was it. I briefly considered tendon release surgery. But, because the steroid shots were so awful, I realized it was stuck with the pain.
Flash to now…. Around the week of Thanksgiving, 2014, I got out of bed and my husband asked me how my feet were. I had been so used to being in pain that I stopped and realized I didn't have any. NO PAIN. NONE….. The only thing I was doing differently, was rubbing that salve on my feet at night.
I got online and read about the magnesium salve and it's abilities to help our bodies absorb calcium more efficiently, and help with inflammation. I then called Adrienne and told her my amazing news. It has been 2 weeks now without pain. NO PAIN…. I have to let you know… I have teared up a few times in the last two weeks and said many prayers of thanks. It was such a simple thing…. a simple salve. A magnesium deficiency….
So, I would like to sing from rooftops Adrienne's praises…. I am sorry this is so long, but I really wanted to express my full gratitude. For anyone suffering from chronic pain, to find relief, and in such a wonderfully non-invasive way, is truly a miracle to me.
